⚠️ Rep. Thomas Massie has failed Kentucky's 4th District.
Repeatedly voting ‘NO’ on crucial bills that would directly benefit hardworking Kentuckians, I urge you to take a close look at Thomas Massie’s voting record before casting your vote in the next May, 2026 Primary. See for yourself where he stands on the issues that matter most to Kentucky’s 4th District!
These are the FACTS, his recent vote on February 25, 2025 & again on April 10, 2025 included voting "NO" on eliminating taxes on tips, overtime pay, and Social Security. He was the only Republican to oppose this bill in February. April, there were two. Thomas Massie & Victoria Spartz.
“Sorry, Massie, but as a hardworking nurse on the frontlines, I know overtime pay shouldn’t be taxed. Try standing on your feet for 12+ hours a day and then tell me otherwise. And let’s not forget the hardworking servers and Social Security recipients struggling to make ends meet. You’re way off on this one!” – Niki Lee Ethington
There are smarter, more productive ways to lead than casting a flat-out ‘NO’ and walking away, like Massie constantly does without offering real solutions. Let’s break it down: when workers keep more of their overtime pay, tips, and Social Security income, they have more to spend on goods and services. That spending supports local businesses, drives economic growth, and boosts sales tax revenue for our communities. It’s not just a win for workers, it’s a win for seniors, servers, and the entire economy.
We have such a narrow house majority, we can't afford a DEFLECTOR. PARTY UNITY IS ESSENTIAL. Furthermore, Massie has continued to vote NO numerous times on funding border security, and he also votes NO on appropriations for our defense.
This is nothing new, he’s done this for years Kentuckians.
H.R. 6157 – Department of Defense Appropriations Act, 2019 was a major funding bill for the Department of Defense, which included provisions for border security.
Rep. Thomas Massie voted NO on this bill. While the bill primarily focused on military funding, it also provided resources for the border security operations, including funding for border patrol and immigration enforcement.
Massie’s vote against this bill was consistent with his broader stance against large omnibus funding bills, even if they included provisions for border security.
H.R. 4760 – Securing America’s Future Act of 2018 was a bill introduced to address border security and immigration reform.
It included provisions for building a wall on the southern border, limiting immigration.
Rep. Thomas Massie voted NO on H.R. 4760. His vote was part of his consistent stance against comprehensive immigration reform bills, even those with provisions for border security.
H.R. 6136 – Border Security and Immigration Reform Act of 2018 was another significant bill that aimed to address border security and immigration issues.
The bill included provisions for funding the construction of a border wall, addressed the status of DACA recipients, and proposed changes to asylum procedures.
